1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the phpvlp platform (including the website located at https://phpvlp.cam and all associated mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies posted on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and phpvlp ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpvlp platform and may not register for an account.

phpvlp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and participate in gaming activities on phpvlp, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. phpvlp strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of phpvlp complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• Single Account: You may register only one account with phpvlp. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, or IP address are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• No Prior Ban: You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from phpvlp or any affiliated gaming platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a phpvlp account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. phpvlp will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication method. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phpvlp immediately at [email protected].

phpvlp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phpvlp operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing withdrawals, we reserve the right to request the following verification documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (photos of credit/debit cards, bank statements, or e-wallet screenshots)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phpvlp accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. phpvlp reserves the right to set or adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your phpvlp account within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 hours during business hours or up to 24 hours for transfers initiated outside banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and typically complete within 30 minutes.

4.4 Deposit Fees

phpvlp does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or card issuer) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with deposits.

4.5 Failed or Reversed Deposits

If a deposit fails or is reversed due to insufficient funds, closed accounts, fraud, or chargeback, phpvlp reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from your account balance and suspend your account until the matter is resolved. Deliberate deposit fraud may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

phpvlp processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Supported withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDT). We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal recipient must match the registered account holder.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are ₱500,000 for verified accounts and ₱100,000 for unverified accounts. VIP players may request higher limits by contacting customer support.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

phpvlp processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 30 minutes during business hours (24/7 for most requests). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 hour. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

phpvlp does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals incur a ₱50 processing fee. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network fees, which vary based on blockchain congestion.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and promotional winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

5.6 Withdrawal Restrictions

phpvlp reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests in the following circumstances: incomplete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, pending dispute resolution, or if the withdrawal method is unavailable due to technical issues. You will be notified of any withdrawal delays and the reasons for such delays.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

phpvlp offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Bonus eligibility and terms are specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC verification.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10–20%, and live dealer games contribute 10%. Specific game contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

While wagering bonus funds, the maximum bet per round is ₱100 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

phpvlp strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting with other players, arbitrage betting, or using automated systems to clear wagering requirements. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus funds and winnings forfeited, and deposits returned minus administrative fees.

6.5 Bonus Expiration

Bonus funds and free spins expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7.1 Random Number Generators (RNG)

All slot games, table games, and video poker games on phpvlp use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing agencies. RNG certification reports are available upon request.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on phpvlp has specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules and paytables are accessible within each game interface.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers. Decisions made by dealers are final. phpvlp is not responsible for dealer errors, technical issues, or connectivity problems during live dealer sessions. In the event of a technical malfunction, affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is governed by specific rules available in the Sportsbook section. Bets are settled based on official results published by governing sports bodies. phpvlp reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds), match-fixing suspicions, or technical malfunctions.

7.5 Disconnections and Malfunctions

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any unfinished game rounds will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. Your account balance will be updated accordingly. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes returned. phpvlp is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, including internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or server downtime.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phpvlp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, using automated bots or scripts, exploiting software bugs, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using phpvlp to launder proceeds of criminal activity. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in prohibited activities.
• Arbitrage and Advantage Play: Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or promotional loopholes for guaranteed profits.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to access or use your phpvlp account.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other players or phpvlp staff, using offensive language, or engaging in discriminatory behavior in chat or communications.

9. Responsible Gaming

phpvlp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources:

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Technical issues, server downtime, or connectivity problems beyond our reasonable control
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or platform content
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues
• Loss of winnings due to violation of these Terms

phpvlp's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim, up to a maximum of ₱50,000.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by phpvlp

phpvlp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to phpvlp or other users.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your phpvlp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account. Accounts with bonus funds or active promotions cannot be closed until wagering requirements are met or bonus funds are forfeited.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. phpvlp reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 on inactive accounts with remaining balances. Inactive accounts will be notified via email before fees are assessed.

12.4 Post-Termination

Upon account termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must not attempt to create a new account or access phpvlp through alternative means. phpvlp reserves the right to retain your personal information as required by law or regulatory obligations.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding phpvlp services, gameplay, or transactions, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will investigate all complaints and provide a response within 5 business days. Complex cases requiring additional investigation may take up to 14 business days.

13.2 Escalation Process

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our Compliance Department by emailing [email protected]. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by senior management and responded to within 10 business days.

13.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of phpvlp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.4 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English in Metro Manila. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

14. Changes to Terms

phpvlp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the phpvlp website. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of phpvlp following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
